Ingestion and database diagnostics for the single-user exchange. Refreshes queue real worker jobs — nothing is simulated.
A refresh asks the worker to run now instead of waiting for the next scheduled tick. The worker takes a PostgreSQL advisory lock, so it never runs twice concurrently and overlapping requests are harmless.
Catalog sync imports item metadata and images. Market sync polls the PC rank-0 order book and appends history buckets. Cached data stays available while a sync runs, and failed syncs keep the previous snapshot.
